Paleo diet

Weening off bread, pasta, sugar, peanut butter, dairy, cereal, etc was a bitch, but I’ve been following a strict paleo diet since the summer and never felt better. Ever. Seriously. Any of you incorporating paleo into your nutrition?

I should add my wife joined that CF cult last summer :twisted:, which is why we switched to paleo. In reality, though, CF has been truly awesome for her. I don’t have any tats or a Rottweiler…otherwise I’d join, too.

Lots and lots of fresh veggie juice here.
Kale, tomatoes, celery, peppers maybe some raspberries.
Into the ninja it goes with some water.
Replace one meal a day sometimes two.
Helping to get rid of insomnia.
