i have a important question: i’m playing in two diferents leagues right now to keep in shape before go to my college this fall. last sunday i got two games, first one at nine and second one at 12:00. in the first one i pitched 5 inning really good. that game finished and i take a break for 1 hour before come to the second game and pitch 6 more innings. i felt good althogh a lil bit tired. i’m 21 and i run between 1 to 2 miles everyday. and after each start i mean the next day i run 3.5 miles. so my question is i bad to pitch i two diferent games i one day ( i pitched 11 innings) i’m not feeling any pain.
