Ouch

hi after my work out my legs r killing me. b/c i injured it and didnt take time off so it got worse. so now i thought of trying 2 get it back to 100% but after some simple leg work outs my legs are killing me. Please if any1 has any tips of exercises please tell me. thank you

Were your legs still hurting after your workout or were they just tired?

Good point. If, after the workout, your legs are still hurting, go see a doctor and get it checked out—sometimes that’s an indication of something serious. Don’t wait. 8)
