Optimizing pitching mechanics to body type

sorry for all the questions but is there a way i can optimize mechanice to my body i have low mobility in hips and shuermens kyphoisisin my back not terrible but noticeable but didnt know if that would affect my mechanics I am 5’7’’ 165LBS 20U and i do heavy compound lifts 3times a week i have read striding with and holding counter rotation could help with hip shoulder seperation if held for as long as possible in to my stride. thank you all for the help so far
