Came across this video and the ideas they discuss seem valid to me.

Is there a flaw that anyone sees in their logic about how the elbow is supposed to bend?

Many pictures I have seen have the pitcher’s elbow bending the higher stress way.
I’m wondering if anyone else agrees/disagrees with them because the elbow bending direction makes sense to me but it seems like the better flex from the video is very uncommon.

Also, a sports science episode on Chapman talked about how the “bad” flex is part of how he generates so much velocity.

There seem to be conflicting opinions on which flex is better, so I am asking the forum users for their views
