Running (Long distance 3-6 miles 30-60 minutes)

Day 2
Weights: Lunges, one legged squats, shoulder shrugs, ex rotation, frontal raises, rows, pronation/ supination with bat.
Medi Ball: Torque with delivery, torque overload, slams onto ground.
Goal: to increase athleticism, will eventually incorporate throwing later, cant because of weakness to shoulder which lead to elbow pain
