Off-season

I’m a Freshmen for my high school team and my season just ended. I need some suggestions on how to reach my goal over the off season to touch 90mph. My fastball this season was 85-88. I’m only 5 feet 8 inches and 125lbs.I know I’m am still growing but I really would like to hit 90 before my sophomore year comes. Any drills or workouts suggestion?

if you have mechanical flaws, you can easily gain 2 mph by fixing them. Get a good pitching coach. Also, work on balance and timing drills or running drills that focus on explosiveness. Your new pitching coach can probably help you with that as well.
