Off-season workouts?

I dislocated my non-pitching shoulder for the third time the past week and since I’m only 16, I’m going to have surgery so no baseball for me this year. :frowning:
Does anybody have any workouts that’ll help rehab my non-pitching shoulder and help strengthen my other shoulder after the surgery? Not like lifts and stuff cause that might screw up my shoulder even more right now ><

I would ask your physical therapist. No one here is going to be qualified enough to answer your question over the Internet. It’s too variable - without an in-person assessment, it would be downright irresponsible to recommend a course of rehab.

Maybe I used the wrong word. Do you have any exercises that you could give me that aren’t too hardcore and I could just do that?
