Off-Season Advice?

What do you guys do, or if you are a coach, what do your players do during the offseason? Break it down into months: I usually have my guys going:

High school season ends in May.

Travel Ball/ weekday workouts - June, July, beginning of August.

September, October - Football / and/or offseason.

November/December: Longtoss, weights, agilities, strength and conditioning.

January: Longtoss, bullpens, overall work. General preseason work.

February-May - High school season.

Based on the local high schools I’m familiar with, what you’ve described is a pretty standard recipe - at least, if you’re in a warm climate state. :wink:
