Obliques & Lower back

This is where i feel it when i pitcjh so i’d like to get stronger in these areas, i do lat pulldowns (front and back) and i do supermans, i was wondering what else is good for these areas… Thanks

Ditch the lat pulldowns and start doing pullups and bent over rows. Supermans are good, but you can add deadlifts and all the variations thereof.

There are really too many exercises to try and name each specifically.

A good back routine to really strengthen is

Deadlifts
Bent over Barbell Rows
Lat pulldowns
Shrugs
Pullups

If you do the workouts correctly, and arch your back, then your lower back will get much stronger very quickly
