Well since my season is over and taking 3 weeks off from any training activity xcept for running. I wanted to start working on a monday - Saturday/Sunday scheme nutrition wise:)

Any suggestions? Specially dinner since i’ll have to eat tons to gain alot ( read around 10kg)

Done it before but since I wasnt using any sort off scheme for it it totally went wrong.

Time to get serious this off season!

Yeah, drop the running, start a 3-4 day a week lifting split focusing on compound movements.

Start eating upwards of 3,500 to 4,000 calories a day and you’ll start seeing that weight pile on.
