IM 15 6 foot 210 throw around 75 to 78… not in great shape what foods are the best to eat.

Time of Day
Workout Day
Post Workout
Pre Workout

The question is are you trying to lose weight, and if so, what will you be doing physically to lose weight? Also, nutrition wise you want to stay away from processed, sugary foods. Eat lots of vegetables and meat to begin with, and keep track of your caloric intake, remembering to eat smaller meals 5-6 times a day instead of really big meals 3 times a day.
