Now after careful analysis of videos i found my mistakes

My natural arm slot is about high 3/4 but lately i have almost been throwing sidearm.
Also its true i do step too much toward third. I got so used to that pulling feeling when your wrapped up i thought it built up torque…
I try to get too much out of my arm by over rotating my hips
I dont fall towards the plate during leg lift
and i land with a stiff leg(probably because the mound is sorta flat)

But i am working on it.
