Not sure how to coordinate throwing program with weights

I bought the Tuff Cuff strength and conditioning program and do not know how I coordinate the 90 day off season throwing program with the TuffCuff Monthly Workout Schedule. Is there a guide somewhere?

The throwing program is designed to give you some flexibility in your scheduling. Start the throwing portion of the program 90 days from the start of your season (i.e., your first practice/tryout). You can continue to do the workouts now.
