ook so i’ve been doing this prorgam for about 3 weeks now and after the first weeek i am not even sore anymore so i was thinking maybe adding reps or weights weekly?or like KC86 do it monthly?
I never said to add weight monthly. You add weight as you progress in order to maintain a similar ratio to your one rep max (1RM). You should change the rep and set scheme every few weeks in order to prevent muscle adaptation.
Anyway, glad the soreness went away and you seem to be progressing.

Just because your not sore anymore doesn’t mean you aren’t building muscle
Yes, I agree your body becomes better at healling it’s self and you et use to tearing down muscle fibers and then building up muscle fibers even strongger then before. Keep up the good work.
