Not formal or prime location, need analysis please

Hey everyone,

Its been a while since I’ve last posted. I played winter ball down in the south against former minor leaguers and college guys and have started tweaking my mechanics, such as sitting on my back leg more. I never really used my lower body in the past.

My coach sent me a film of lincecum (of course) and said to try to increase my stride like him. This is what I did as an effort to do that. I know its in my dorm room not off a mound and very very low quality, but can anyone give me some feedback about what they see? its something to start working off of.

Lincecum gets his center of gravity (think “hips”) moving forward well before peak of knee lift. First thing you need to do is start with your feet closer together to cut out the weight shift back towards 2B. Then focus on moving forward sooner.
