Don't waste your money on "formulas".
You're too young and not a body builder, stop buying formulas and muscle mass supplements, your body needs natural development.
You want to get bigger, increase your caloric intake, eat more red meats, proteins, starches, and carbohydrates while focusing on polymetrics and working out your core and legs.
I took up wrestling and jiujitsu while I was doing this and I went from 18 yo, 5'9" 150lbs to 21yo, 5'11" 208lbs today and while I don't know my fat percentage I do know that I'm jogging 3 miles at a time without feeling
enervated and I'm beating out those ground balls to third.
And most importantly, when I'm shopping after a game in under armour I'm getting plenty of attention from the ladies. (And we all know that's what counts!) :lol:
