i need a new workout, my other one i was doing only took like 5 minutes and was getting to the point as if its very easy. if anyone could help me put otgether a new one thatd be great (Kc)
Id be glad to help you put together a new workout, what kind of workout are you looking for first of all (Heavy Lifting, Bodyweight, etc…) How much time do you have to dedicate to the program, and what kind of resources do you have (Gym membership, etc)
