Got some video with a side and front view. Open to any thoughts. I personally think I need to work on getting my weight and torso forward a bit earlier so that I can get some forward trunk tilt. It looks like I’m throwing uphill somewhat.
Forward trunk tilt can be a product of earlier momentum. I would like to see you pick up your tempo with the intent to move faster a few frames earlier than you do.
I think there’s more there with the center mass, a bit passive.
I agree on that point but I feel like I should be seeing more trunk tilt. My momentum could definitely use work, but I feel like I’m keeping my weight back with my upper half too long.
IMO it stems from passive center
