this is from an adult ball game i played in at san diego state i am just keeping in shape over the summer before i leave for school and would like to get some feedback
I think you look very nice. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to increase your tempo slightly - start the hips forward a tiny bit sooner and get them moving a tiny bit faster. Right now, you don’t quite get out over your front foot. Your center of gravity stays well behind your front foot and your front leg straightens which prevents you from ever getting there. I think a little more tempo - possibly leading with the front hip a bit more - will get you out over the front foot more and allow you to keep your front leg bent a bit longer. This should move youre release point closer to home plate and take some stress off the arm during follow-through.
