New to the boards

Hey guys, I’ve been looking around the site for a while now and thought I should probably join. So here I am!

A little intro to myself. I’m 14 and am in 8th grade at a school without a school ball team so I play select. I’m from Renton, Wa, kind of inbetween Seattle, Bellevue and Kent. Also, the hometown of Tim Lincecum, one of my pitching heroes, hence my username.

Just looking here to gain more pitching knowledge and to improve as much as possible. Also, can you guys help me get up to date on all of the mechanics lingo (PAS, the W, etc.)?

Thanks!

Welcome aboard!

PAS = pitching arm side

the W = arm position after hand break - Chris O’Leary has a controversial theory that this arm positioning leads to injury.
