any ideas because in my first to starts this year in high school ( a sophomore) my fast ball has been dead and knocked around. I throw a two seemer and the movement is there, but it isn;t as fast as it was 3 weeks ago. I thinks it is a little early in the year for dead arm haha. any ideas
Workout less upper body and more lower body, including more running. The upper body workouts can make dead arm last longer. But I’ve always found that ramping up the lower body stuff while maintaining a solid throwing program (which you’re probably already doing) really helps.
