Need help with my lowerbody

Hi, i am a junior in high school and I am really having a problem with my lower body. I just cant get anything else on my ball and my coaches and teamates always tell me to use my lower body. They tell me I am using all arm. I guess it is because of really having no help with pitching througout the years. What is the most important aspect of your lower body? The leg kick? Following through? Pushing off?

Fastball- 80-85
Curve- 70-75
Knuckle- 60-65

I would have to say all of it is important. Make sure your leg kick is the same height every time you pitch. Always keeping yourself on top of the ball and use your whole body. Try gaining better flexibility and strength on the quads, that should help in developing a powerful delivery.

I would suggest focusing on building momentum and creating a long stride while maintaining good posture and balance.
