My Workout

This is the current exercises I do. I am planning on getting on a pitching specific program this summer.

Upper Body:
DB Bench
DB row
pushups (regular, incline, on stability ball.)
Pullups
Lat Pulldowns
Machine Row
Tricep Pushdowns
Dips
Tricep Extensions
Wrist and forearm exercises
cords

Lower Body:
Body Weight Squats
Lunges
DB step ups
Box Jumps
Broad Jumps
Jump rope
Calf raise
Leg curl
leg extensions

Any other exercises I should do. Will these exercises help gain functional strength that will help velocity gain. Thanks!

looks good but i would add some rotator cuff work, jobes throws 10 is good for that. also some scapula stabilization exercises. and core work is important. medicine balls are good for this try to work in some rotational work.
