My goals for my workout is to gain strength and add some weight to my frame because I am only 150 pounds. This workout is a mock up, so any advice or thoughts on what I should add or focus on is appreciated.
Monday: lower body
Squats 4x3
Lateral lunges 4x5
Deadlift 4x4
Calf raises 3x12
Leg Curl 3x8
Tuesday: Upperbody
Pull Ups 4x5
Plate Holds 3xFailure
Tricep Pull Down 3x10
Barbell Wrist Curl 3x10
Alternating Dumbell Bench 3x10
Seated Row 3x10
Thursday: Fullbody
Squats 4x3
Deadlift 4x4
Lateral Lunges 4x5
Med Ball Exercises
Large Tire Flips
Saturday: Combo Day
Pull Ups
Plate Holds
Barbell Wrist Curls
Tricep Pull Down
Lat Pulldown 3x8
Calf Raises
I also do core, scap and agility work too, I just didnt add it in this. Any help or advice?
