my routine

the day after i pitch i love to play toss with weighted balls to stretch everything out, then usually run poles, lunges,high knees, butt kicks,non-weighted squats and about 100-150 situps…i’m also a HUGE fan of resistant band workouts for my rotator cuff…there the best…i’ve seen a 4 mph increase since starting resistant band workouts… just wanted to let you know 8)
