My plans on long toss this off-season

I plan to do alot of long toss to train my body to be able to handel the work load. I will go from 3 times a week for about 3-4 weeks then for 2 weeks I will go 4. Then last one I will go 5 times a week take about 3-4 day’s off to prepare for tryouts and be ready to go.

40+ throws each long toss session working out to max distance with 5-10 throws.

Also when I move up to 4 day’s a week my workout will only be throwing and tubing along with leg workouts ok.
