My new mechanics

I have been working on keeping my hips closed until right before footstrike and then firing them open. I have also been working on a later arm action instead of my arm being up so early.

how does it feel, better?

most obvious thing I can see is your leg kick, try to make it more a knee lift (with the foot under the knee) it will make it easier to stay balanced.

I feel a lot more powerful by rapidly opening my hips later. I feel like I will be able to put alot of effort into it once I develop unconscious feel for it.
