Lately I have been keeping a bag of pretzels with me throughout the day so when I have the urge to eat I can subside it with a handful of pretzels.
Also I eat 2 yogurts a day and I try and get a whole gallon of water down each day.
I eat raisen bran in the morning and I eat my moms cooking at night
I am a pitcher and I am 5’11 165
Is this a good routine to keep?, could anyone give me some ideas on what I should be eating before and after I pitch, the night before. Anything that will give me a good idea of what I should and should not be eating as a pitcher
