I was throwing up to avoid disrupting the tennis practice that was occurring during that time.

I was focusing on my stride angle and my hip action. Trying to get my hips to turn aggressively.

I like how my mechanics look.

Looks really good to me. Sounds like you’ve got the right idea, the only place I would put as not excellent is your hip - shoulder separation which you said is what you’re trying to work on.

I think hip shoulder separation is something that can always be worked on and improved. But I think increasing the speed of my hips and increasing my stride angle help with separation, which was my focus on the couple throws I did.
