why are you doing FIVE tricep workouts on monday?!?!?!?!
cut that down to two or three

your not working your biceps at all and you’ve only got one exercise for your forearms

once you cut your tricep workouts down add a set of DB curls, Hammer Curls, Reverse BB Curls…a combination of those or relating exercises

I usually like to end my forearm/bicep day by holding a heavy DB for as long as I can, normally 3 sets…this normall squeezes whatever extra juice i have left in my arms

on wednesday, that’s not too bad but i’d add shrugs to work your traps

for starters, yes…

you’ll need to include some running

since friday is your leg day i wouldn’t run thursday, friday, or saturday as to make sure your legs aren’t being overworked

you don’t need to do abs 4 of the 5 days

doing those and the theraband, tuesdays and thursdays is enough

or you could do the theraband every monday, wednesday, friday to give yourself a extra day on that

another thing i would recommend is switching things up, don’t do the exact same exercises every single week

on monday you decide to work your chest and arms…instead of doing DB presses every single week you could try alternating dips, db fly’s, and cable crossover’s in
and you can do the same alternating the wednesday, friday and ab workouts aswell

Like Taylor siad y dont you cut down alittle on monday. Do half of thsoe on monda and do the other half on maybe thursday so your triceps can rest. Then do the abs workouts on saturday.
