make sure your really getting on top of the ball before release. whenever that happens to me its because im usually on the side not on top of the ball at release.

Remember to pronate, maybe you're not extending your arm enough more which is the most common cause for losing you're curveball if you throw low 3/4, its to east to "drop" your elbow
