What muscle groups should I be working on for pitching and gaining speed?
Core and legs, rotator cuff and scap.

Mostly rotator cuff and decelerators.

Try to work every group a balanced body helps prevent injury and it will also increase your speed. And be sure to also focus on flexibillity. When you’re pitching you’re only as strong as your weakest link.
