Moving through the balance point and location

I move through the balance point well. That is, i get my hips moving before my knee lift reaches its apex. I’ve seen an increase in velocity but also have a more difficult time locating.

If you used to wait then you will need to retrain your body to feel the new mechnics, it sounds like you are just strugling with release point now.

if you are moving forward sooner then you would also need to get your arm moving faster/sooner. if not then your arm will drag begind, causing all kinds of control issues.
