Do you have any idea what the velocity is on it? A slow 2seam wont do much if you're throwing it straight.
You could always try gripping it deeper in your hand or up on the seams a little to create more friction, and in turn sink it a little. Or maybe pronate hard when you throw to try to get the tailing motion (might not recommend that for your age, I dunno).
Then again, do you really need more movement on it? A lot of people get caught up in how much their 2 seamer moves, but in reality if it moves an inch or two more than your four seamer and looks the same, it's a ground ball.
