Obviously one of my hugest goals is to increase my weight (150-155). I am currently lifting 3 times a week here: www.Edgesportstraining.com and doing my baseball specific work (long toss, mound work, practice) on my own time. I realize my weight is going to be determined by how much I am going to be eating, not my strength program.

Also, has anyone used Meal Plans 101 by Dr. Chris Mohr (www.mohrresults.com) to help them develope a good meal plan to reach calorie intake goals?
Also I am trying to figure out a good Post-workout shake/supplement that I can add. Does anyone have any recipies for a good protein shake that you would put in a blender? Also, which protein shake or powder is the best, currently I am drinking these:
