I live in central Pennsylvania. The tryouts aren’t up on mlb.com yet, and I can’t put money into one of those camp websites that alert you. If anyone hears of any in Pa I’d appreciate it if you let me know. Thanks!
The open tryouts usually go up after the draft so keep an eye on the site in late may incase they post them earlier.
While you’re in store for MLB tryouts, use the Frontier League (Independent Professional Baseball) as a introduction to what a professional tryout is all about. Good starting point and a look-see at how pay-to-play is about. Also, when you do attend a MLB tryout, take note of the difference in management styles, procedures, paperwork, and so on.
