I have finally "recovered" from blowing my arm out freshman year of college and after realizing that my old arm doesnt exist that threw 90 mph, that I could possibly change up my mechanics a bit to adjust to the lack of arm strenght that i once had. After reading a lot of posts I have increased my velocity with the info that a lot of people have supplied. Im just wondering one last thing haha. Does anyone know the workouts the pro pitchers do. EX: Roger clemen, Hamels, ect.
