At my first practice on Thursday I was warming up before the game. As I scooted back and started long tossing, I began to have discomfort in my elbow. The same feeling I had two years ago when I was messing around with a curve ball. We finished warming up and continued practice. I din’t feel a thing the rest of the day. What may have caused it? What worries me is that I have been working on a cutter and slider during the off season. I also never threw 100% speed. I threw almost everyday until my coach told me to cool it about a week ago.
