Middle school Help

What are some work out programs could I do to get stronger and throw harder? I have a weight set that I can do curls on and Im playing football also so any advice on how to get stronger thanks in advance-Brandon

Push ups, pull ups

squat jumps, lunge jumps, wall sits

running, sprints, jumprope,

band work, light db work.

Just to list some general things.

Brandon…really, you get advice from a guy that has quite a bit of experience and throw it away that easy. Might want to listen to this guy he has been through it and has given you solid advice. Check out his pitching blog he does look solid.

If you really are in middle school you don’t need/really shoulnd’t hit the weights until you are at the min 15, both from the standpoint that you are still physically immature and lifting weights isn’t just about moving things up and down, there is a process and requires understanding.

Quit being so dang narrow minded!!!

Really basic, something to get you started;

30 jumping jacks
5 pushups
25 high knees
7 burpees
10 crunches
7 squats
5 push ups
10 crunches
5 push ups
7 squats
30 jumping jacks
1 min wall sits
5 push ups
25 high knees

Repeat 5 times

AAAttttaaaa Kid, taking that advice might be the most important thing you learned from here. Good Luck…and on the weights, as you mature, maybe the winter of your Freshman year…then get into them.
