Looks good, what have you been working on specifically?


I have been working on using my lower body better and hip shoulder seperation and since the video i have been working on leading more with the hips instead of somewhat collapsing the backside.


why can’t you stand parallel of your left and right foot as you followthrough,

i mean your right foot is quite in front after you pitch

so maybe you can do this:

just left your chest up and stand still on the mound

instead of keep bending your back like that…

feel relax and straighten your back man~:D
