Last night I went over to the ball field and ran 6 Foul Pole to Foul Pole wind sprints, followed by a light 1 mile jog. I came home and drank a bottle of homemade powdered Gatorade. I felt pretty good last night after that cardio.
Did some pushups and situps today, not much more. I really need a detailed program to follow… can anybody help me out?
