Alright I am 16 and wondering about long toss, I normally us my normal motion. I use the program that Steve Ellis has. However in my motion I put almost nothing on the ball to get better control. I’m not saying that I am lobing the ball in their but I try to hit my spots instead of high velocitys. Should I try to throw the ball at 100% when I long toss to get more arm strength for my arm, or should I stick with my normal motion?

i have been doing long toss this way (including the pull down) for about 2 weeks and it seems like it really is a safe way to push your limits (velocity wise).
