Long Toss

I’m a sidearm pitcher and I was wondering when I long toss should I try to maintain that low arm slot as long as I can as I increase the distance or should I just throw over the top throughout the workout?

If over hand long toss doesn’t feel natural to you, stick to your side arm delivery.

I long toss side arm. It’s gets difficult at long distances because of the sink on the ball, but it pays off
