I recently went to a camp and they said if you put more ark on the ball in long toss that it gets your arm stronger then throwing in a straight line. Is this true?
For my long toss i don’t try to throw too many lasers. I probably throw 5% lasers, and the rest i do throw with an ark. I feel its better to throw with an ark, but if your also an outfielder it may be better to throw more with less ark
Air it out with an ark and go out as far as you can. Til u start bouncing them 2 or 3 throws in a row start coming in. This is when u throw your lasers work on keeping the ball down and try not to throw over there head.
