I really don’t have a partner to throw to at the moment and Winter is approaching, I can long toss into a net in the gym at my school but how effective would that be? And what would a sample program of this look like?
Its effective, but doesnt provide the feedback that throwing with a partner does. Do it for sure, though! Make it happen bro. It sounds like you have an excellent work ethic.
Go 3-5 mins at 60, 90, 120, and 150 if youve got the room (throw diagonal for more distance across gym).
