Long Toss and Weighted Ball schedule help?

So I want to get my arm in great shape this summer and I have a couple of guys willing to throw with me this up coming summer. Only problem is that I want to long toss and use weighted balls to increase my velocity a bit but I’ve never had a routine for that kind of stuff. So I’m hoping someone here has a schedule for me to follow. Alrite well thanks for any advice.
