This is common. Standard valgus stress deformation.
Note that I did not say it was a good or bad thing. Just common.
I find it a little weird that my throwing arm is a little longer than my non-throwing arm…probably some medical term for that too.
It happens. You use your pitching arm more than you do your non-pitching arm, so of course it would be a little longer. Don’t worry about it. Just work fast, throw strikes and change speeds. 8)
