Legal NCAA supplements

Hey guys, I’m going into my freshman year at a D1 school to pitch. I recently learned that jack3d is a banned supplement, so I stopped it immediately. I still take whey protein after a workout and amino acid 2222 tabs with every meal. As far as I know, both of these are legal.

So basically I’m looking to see if you guys know what supplements are legal or illegal, and what you guys take too. I will of course to research on any supplement you guys say. Any suggestions or comments will be greatly appreciated.

Any advice you get here will not be supported by anything, you really need to get with your nutritionist and team specialists to discuss what you will and won’t be able to supplement your diet with. It sounds like you are fine but don’t jack your future from someone on the internet giving you crap advice.

Always know that even though it is not banned, you risk your eligibility since not everything is 100% pure, beings that it is not FDA regulated.
