Leg kick

Hey I just wanted to know if there are any good drills to help witha consistent leg kick because since ive speeded up my delivery to gain mph my leg kick and landing have not been as consistent

Leg kick shouldn’t be inconsistent because everything before leg kick should be about balance and control, not speed, as before the leg kick it isn’t going to help you pack on the mph by making it quicker. After the leg kick is when you want explosive power.
